I'm Arditya Wahyu — an engineering leader passionate about building high-performing teams and scalable systems. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Kitabisa.com and SalingJaga.com, Indonesia's leading crowdfunding and social protection platforms.

My journey spans from hands-on software engineering to leading cross-functional engineering teams. I've navigated the challenges of scaling systems from monolith to microservices, building CI/CD pipelines, and growing engineers into leaders.
